DELIVERIES UPDATE at 6th January 2021
As at today, we are still able to process and deliver duty paid orders to private addresses within the UK.
Duty paid orders and in bond transfers to bonded warehouses are also being made, but may take longer than usual to complete.
As of today we are not experiencing any abnormal problems with deliveries.
STORAGE OF PAID ORDERS - we would be happy to provide free storage of paid orders for up to 6 months if you wish to delay delivery. All such orders would be packed and marked with your name, and kept in our temperature controlled storage in Northallerton.
Currently our office is closed, and staff are working from home. email and phone calls are being forwarded, and someone should be available to answer phone calls between 8am and 6pm.

Our bonded warehouse is largely operating as normal, though there may be occasional delays on "in bond" products. We will confirm timing for all orders received, but if time is of the essence for your order we would be happy to provide advice by email or over the phone.
Please also note that photos/condition reports are being given a low priority, and can take 10-15 days to complete.
DELIVERY SERVICES :Our courier partners are continuing to operate, but may experience some staff absences, leading to sporadic local issues. They also have to prioritise essential shipments such as food and medication.
This means that
- timed deliveries (eg before noon) cannot be undertaken
- undelivered items will not be stored and re-delivered, simply returned to us
- in some cases deliveries may not be made 'next day'
Therefore you need to ensure that you or another adult will be in to receive the delivery, or provide a 'safe place' for the parcel to be left.
